Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed tenders for the supply of marine-grade composite materials required for naval shipbuilding and repair operations. The procurement includes 7,200 kilograms of Marine Grade Polyester Resin (Crystic 406E or Lloyd-approved equivalent), 400 kilograms of Gel Coat Unsaturated Polyester (Crystic Gel Coat 65E or equivalent), and 500 kilograms of Cobalt-Based Accelerator (Crystic Accelerator G or equivalent). All materials must be supplied in 225-kilogram OEM original packaging and meet Lloyd's Register approval standards. The tender is issued from the Directorate's office at Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, E-8, Islamabad, Federal Province.
Prospective bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and capable of supplying Lloyd-approved or equivalent marine-grade composite materials. Technical compliance documentation, including principal authorization letters where applicable, bank challans, tax filing proof, and detailed technical specifications matching Annex A requirements, must be submitted with the technical offer. Earnest money and commercial offers must be submitted in separately sealed envelopes as per the detailed instructions provided.

Bidders must submit three sealed envelopes containing the technical offer in duplicate, earnest money, and the commercial offer.
