Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from contractors for renovation work at the Gulzar-e-Quaid branch in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs 15,387,423 with a scope covering construction and renovation services at the bank's branch facility. The project is located in Lahore and must be completed within 45 days of issuance of the work order. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process conducted under PPRA rules through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bidders must possess valid contractor registration and submit bids in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST and income tax. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost, equivalent to Rs 307,749, must be submitted through bank guarantee or 1-links digitally via a generated PSID number in favor of The Bank of Punjab. All prices must include delivery and related costs; bids submitted without applicable taxes will be rejected as non-responsive. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded through the same platform by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bids opening at 11:30 am on the same date.
