Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for renovation and construction work at its Faisal Hills branch in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 15,053,482 and the scope includes comprehensive renovation of the branch building with all bid items, technical specifications and warranty support to be detailed in the tender proposal. The project must be completed within 45 days of issuance of the work order. Bidding shall be conducted under PPRA rules following a single-stage two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
Bidders must submit a bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 301,070) through approved channels or bank guarantee via generated PSID number in favour of The Bank of Punjab. All quotations must be in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax; bids without tax inclusion shall be rejected as non-responsive. Bids must comply strictly with bidding documents and specifications; alternative bids will not be considered. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded through the online system by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM.
