This is a multi-lot procurement by Multan Traffic Police totalling approximately PKR 32.4 million across thirteen categories (transport repairs, lubricants, furniture, IT equipment, stationery and miscellaneous items) for FY 2026-27.
It is a framework contract, implying repeat ordering up to 15% of original quantities permitted. Notable requirements include mandatory technical samples/brochures, OEM or authorized dealership certificates where specified, and audited accounts. The 20 August 2026 deadline is imminent; bidders must ensure online submission well before closing to avoid portal delays. Multiple small-value lots (under PKR 1 million each) suggest opportunity for SMEs unable to handle large single contracts.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (income and sales tax), PRA, and PPRA. Active tax filer status is mandatory. Companies must demonstrate minimum one-year business history from authorization or registration date and provide evidence of previous relevant supply or work experience. OEM or authorized agent/dealership certificates are required where specified in item-specific requirements. Typically, suppliers in this category are also expected to maintain proper workshops and technical staff for repair and maintenance items.
