Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for providing repair, painting and graphic services across multiple asset categories at NVROs in Sukkur Division, Sindh. The scope includes repair and repainting of 80 fiberglass dustbins with 2K paint in PSO scheme colours and application of 3M/Avery approved graphics; repair and repaint of 50 steel lube racks including structural repairs, window and lock replacement, and new design graphic replacement; and graphic and paint services for 80 dispensing units featuring PSO logo application with vinyl and lamination plus zero-meter reflector stickers and white and green 2K paint application. All work must meet PSO quality standards with contractor responsibility for material transportation to and from workshop. The quotation must be submitted by 11 September 2026.
Bidders must be authorized converters or partners of 3M/Avery for graphic application work. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all materials, labour, transportation and government taxes including 0.035% stamp duty payable to Sindh revenue authority. Contractors must comply strictly with PSO safety and security protocols, provide appropriate PPE to all workers, conduct risk assessments for high-risk jobs, and maintain HSE standards throughout execution. Payment is conditional upon job acceptance by PSO.
Quotation documents must be submitted to PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi by the specified deadline. Interested vendors should carefully review all job specifications, terms and conditions, and quality requirements outlined in the detailed RFQ. Contractors will be responsible for debris removal from retail outlet premises under engineer supervision and must cordon off work areas to ensure safety of PSO staff and customers.
