SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for the construction of a Ground plus One (G+1) telecom building at the Repeater Station Kot Diji in Sindh Province under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, reference SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS2/14416. The project scope encompasses full construction services as per the Bill of Quantities and technical criteria detailed in the bidding documents. This is a non-consultancy services procurement on a national competitive basis, with corrigendum number CORR-P75169-001 issued on August 28, 2026.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Certificate of minimum Category C-6 or above with sub-category CE-10 (Civil Engineering).
