For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Pakistan Navy is procuring three categories of IT and facility equipment: enterprise surveillance hard disks (Seagate), managed network switches (D-Link 8-port), and commercial-grade LED suspended lighting panels.
Scale appears small to medium, with quantities of 3, 4 and 33 units respectively. Tender opening is 14 September 2026. Notably, unregistered suppliers face a 5% bid security requirement, creating cost friction; registration with HQ COMLOG avoids this. Item specifications are tightly defined with mandatory brochure/TDS submission. This appears to be a routine equipment refresh rather than framework procurement.
Who can bid: Both registered and unregistered firms may bid. Unregistered firms must post 5% bid security (valid 6 months); registered firms are exempt. Firms must submit proof of Rs 500 tender fee payment. Technical datasheets/brochures mandatory with quotation. Typically, Navy procurement also requires tax registration (NTN) and business registration, though not explicitly stated here.
