Description / Scope of Work
Walton Cantonment Board (RHQ Lahore) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of Annual Repair and Maintenance Works. The contract is financed through reserved funds for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be executed in Lahore, Punjab. The tender uses a Single Stage-One Envelope procurement method with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/103519, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, scope of work, price schedules, and related requirements for the maintenance activities to be undertaken.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows national-level competitive bidding procedures and is subject to all regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the relevant authority from time to time.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should complete registration before the submission deadline.
