For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC is tendering installation of six deep well ground beds in central Karachi's distribution network.
This appears a specialized infrastructure project requiring PEC Category C-6+ certification and EPADS registration. The tight September 14 deadline allows limited preparation time. Work scope is defined by BOQ; no estimated contract value is disclosed in the notice. This reads as a one-off installation rather than a framework agreement, likely requiring site mobilization and technical expertise in subsurface grounding systems for gas distribution infrastructure.
Who can bid: Bidders must possess a valid PEC certificate of Category C-6 or above and be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not state NTN or other registration requirements explicitly, though typically organizations bidding on federal government contracts must hold valid NTN, GST registration where applicable, and be in good standing with their sector regulator.
