Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) represented by the Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Rasul in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the manufacturing of bronze and gun metal rings for 04 runner blades of unit 01, comprising 05 pieces total as per provided sample. The procurement is being undertaken on a Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis with an estimated bid security of Rs.99,710 and a completion period of 30 days. This is a specialized manufacturing contract for hydel power generation equipment required for ongoing operations at the Rasul facility.
Eligible bidders must be original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category. Bidders must have successfully completed similar nature works or contracts during the last five years with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs, or reputable private organizations, supported by work orders, completion certificates, and satisfactory performance certificates. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of the Resident Engineer, with the firm name mentioned on the CDR. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable government taxes.
E-bidding documents are available on ePADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders. Electronic bids must be submitted via ePADS on or before 11:00 Hours on 14 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 Hours the same day at the office of the Resident Engineer Hydel Power Station Rasul. Applications must be on original letter pad with complete address and contact numbers. Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be followed.
