Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), Islamabad, invites sealed bids for a one-year closed framework agreement for the provision of services related to payment of online services, including software and license fees. This tender is issued under Rule 16(A) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and is open to eligible, experienced, and reputable firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The scope covers procurement of various online service subscriptions and software licensing arrangements to support the institute's operational and research requirements across Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (NTN/GST) and must submit an undertaking confirming they have not been blacklisted by any organization or establishment. Firms are required to demonstrate previous work experience in relevant fields with supporting completion certificates and reputation evidence. Earnest money or bid security may be required as specified in the tender document, the exact amount to be confirmed upon review of the full procurement specifications.
Interested firms must submit their complete technical and financial proposals in a sealed single-stage, one-envelope format on or before September 14, 2026, by 11:00 hours at the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee, PIDE.
