Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), located in Islamabad, invites sealed bids from reputed firms and contractors for a closed framework agreement spanning one year for the supply of electronic, electrical and telecommunication items and equipment. The tender notice GS/18/2026 is open to firms registered with the income tax and sales tax departments. This is a framework supply arrangement intended to meet PIDE's ongoing requirements for electronic, electrical and telecommunications materials and equipment throughout the contract period. The institute is seeking qualified vendors capable of providing quality supplies with reliable delivery mechanisms to support its operations in Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan's income tax and sales tax authorities and must submit a refundable bid security of Rs. 20,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt made payable to PIDE, Islamabad. Bidders are required to provide evidence of previous work experience in the relevant field, submit work completion certificates or reputation evidence as applicable, and furnish an undertaking confirming that their firm has not been blacklisted by any organization or establishment. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressing the full scope of supply requirements under the framework agreement.
Interested firms must submit their sealed technical and financial proposals on or before September 14, 2026 by 11:00 hours at the PIDE office in Islamabad. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee in the presence of vendors.
