Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites pre-qualification bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and reputed stationers' workshops for annual repairs and maintenance services during the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement covers repair and maintenance of different makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles including Suzuki, Toyota, Kia Picanto, Honda and others, both protected and non-protected vehicles. Bidding is open to workshops registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, with their own offices and stocks located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and maintain an active taxpayer status with FBR. Bid security of Rs. 35,000 (excluding government applicable taxes at submission) is required in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order, payable to the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety. All bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS); manual bids and hard copies will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Interested bidders should register on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and submit their documents through the portal.
