Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids for the refurbishment and upgrade of the Quality Control Department, comprising nineteen items under bid number 5126/IT-6712/GF/FOR (A)/2026-27/SCM dated 25 August 2026. The procurement is being conducted on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis with a delivery period of two months following contract signature. This is a single-stage two-envelope tender process governed by PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules, with detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the Standard Bidding Document.
Eligible participants must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors or suppliers possessing a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Bidders must submit audited financial reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements covering the past year, proof of registration with relevant authorities, attested CNIC of the CEO or Director, and a certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is neither blacklisted nor debarred by any government organization. Documentary evidence of contracts executed with government or semi-government organizations within the last three financial years is mandatory. A postal order of Rs 2000 must accompany the technical bid.
