Services Hospital seeks a dedicated annual maintenance contractor for critical duplex medical air compression systems supplying oxygen and vacuum throughout the facility.
This is a substantial 20 million rupee recurring contract requiring 24/7/365 emergency response capability and parts availability. The tight 15 September 2026 deadline and technical knockdown evaluation suggest the hospital prioritises proven experience over price alone. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in biomedical gas systems, maintain emergency response infrastructure, and secure e-procurement registration before submission.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Typically, contractors for biomedical equipment maintenance in Punjab require NTN, SECP registration if incorporated, and evidence of prior experience with similar medical gas systems. No specific PEC category is mentioned; however, biomedical maintenance contractors are typically expected to hold relevant technical certifications.
