National Logistics Corporation invites tenders for supply and installation of 20 kilowatt solar systems at two locations: ATIN Khairpur and ATIN Amangarh in Punjab, Pakistan. The procurement is conducted under PPRA Rule 36(B) through single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Qualified bidders must conduct site surveys before submission; technical proposals will be evaluated separately for each location. The successful contractor will be required to complete supply and installation within 60 days of letter of intent issuance, with net-metering at Amangarh site within an additional 60 days. Eligible participants must hold AEDB registration Category C-3 (minimum 250 KW capacity) or possess valid PEC membership Category C-3. Firms must demonstrate minimum three to five years of solar installation experience with at least five commissioned projects of 50 KW or above capacity, supported by user feedback. Last three years cumulative turnover must be Rs 50 million or above, evidenced by audited financial reports. Bid security must be submitted with tenders. Bidders require authorization letters from equipment manufacturers (OEM), valid NTN/STRN certificates with 100 percent tax compliance status, and non-blacklisting certificates on Rs 100 e-stamp or affidavit.
Bidders must submit detailed site design with drawings incorporating site layout, solar installation points, load calculations, duty cycles, peak loads analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
