The Tehsil Municipal Administration Jamrud invites sealed electronic bids through the ePADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for the solarization of households across eight separate schemes under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Khyber (ADP NO-251286) covering financial year 2026-27. The project encompasses installation of solar systems in residential areas of Jamrud town and surrounding localities in Khyber district, KPK province, with eight individual schemes each estimated at Rs 50 million. Each scheme will benefit approximately 50 households with complete solar energy systems. The procurement follows single-stage two-envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014 with participation open to eligible registered contractors and suppliers meeting prescribed criteria.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-5 or above category and possess valid Enlistment copy of Local Council Board in the name of TMO and TMA Jamrud District Khyber. Bidders must have demonstrated household solarization work experience with approved and registered company solar materials. Mandatory documents include NTN and Income Tax certificates, PEC registration, KPPRA registration for 2026-27, professional indemnity insurance, and audit report of last three years. Call deposit of Rs 15,000 (non-refundable except against each work) and earnest money of 2% of estimated cost must be submitted as per KPPRA Rule 47.
Bid documents are available for download from the official ePADS portal at https://e-pak.encour.gov.pk. Interested bidders must obtain tender forms and submit sealed bids in two envelopes (technical and financial) on or before 17 September 2026 at 12:30 PM at the office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, Jamrud. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 02:00 PM in presence of bidders. Financial bids of qualified contractors shall be opened subsequently.
