For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a relatively modest civil works contract (PKR 14.165M) for gate construction at a high-profile government facility.
The two-envelope procurement is standard for public works; bidders must have active PEC Category C-6+ standing. The three-month execution window (September 2026 deadline through completion) is typical for finishing works of this scope. Notably, all submissions are online-only through PPRA e-Procurement—no manual bids accepted. Competition will likely be limited to registered construction firms comfortable with e-tendering and immediate mobilisation.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold current PEC Category C-6 or above with specialised code CE-10 for construction and finishing works. Typical requirements include valid NTN registration, SECP incorporation (if applicable), and compliance with PPRA and provincial procurement rules. Original PEC licence certificates must be produced at bid time.
