IRC seeks multiple vehicle rental contracts nationwide for ongoing project operations.
The tender covers various vehicle categories on flexible monthly and daily rental terms, suggesting medium to large-scale, recurring requirements. Submission deadline is tight (one week from RFP questions closing), and the notice explicitly states no post-opening negotiations—bidders must price competitively upfront. This appears to be a framework or annual arrangement with split-award potential, making it attractive for regional operators.
Who can bid: Active vehicle rental service providers and registered companies are invited. Typically, bidders require NTN registration, valid business license, and operational vehicle fleet documented with insurance. The notice does not specify PEC, SECP or category restrictions, but compliance with Pakistani taxation and business registration standards is expected.
