Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms and workshops for hiring fleet maintenance and repair services in Rawalpindi under competitive bidding as per PPRA rules 2014 as amended. The procurement is conducted through the national competitive bidding process via E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under FPPR rule 38(2-e). Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS website (ep.punjab.gov.pk) free of cost. Prospective bidders may download these documents from either portal.
The contract involves single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure for hiring of firm or workshop to provide fleet maintenance and repair services. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements online through the EPADS website (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Technical bid opening will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives who choose to be present. Bid submission responsibility lies entirely with the bidder.
Bidding documents opened on September 15, 2026 at 11:30 hours with closing date and time of September 15, 2026 at 11:00 hours. The PPRA website URL is http://epppac.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
