Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (M&P/TECHNICAL) invites sealed bids for the procurement of replacement components for a Fresh Air Unit (FCU-02) cabin/casing and stairwell pressurization fan cabin/casing installed at the rooftop of the PNSC Building in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process with least cost-based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. This is a goods procurement contract with reserved funds allocated for the project.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with all evaluation criteria and eligibility conditions outlined in the standard bidding document, which includes detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/99280. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically using the EPADS v2.0 system.
