Participation in the auction requires possession of an original computerised national identity card (CNIC) along with a certified photocopy, which is mandatory for all bidders. The auction area strictly prohibits the entry of civil vehicles, explosives, combustible materials, weapons, mobile phones, cigarettes, match boxes and the wearing of shawls or similar items. These security measures ensure orderly conduct of the public sale.
Successful bidders are required to deposit 25 percent of the total bid amount at the auction site on the day of purchase. Applicable government taxes will be collected according to prevailing rates.
