Lahore Cantonment Board invites bids through open public auction for the replacement of existing superstructure of 29 bus stop shelters with modern Bus Queue Shelters (BQS) and advertisement rights on specified spaces. The auction is scheduled for 14 September 2026 at 12:30 hours, with alternative dates on 15 and 16 September 2026, to be held at the office of Lahore Cantonment Board located at 42-Sarwar Road, Lahore Cantonment. The successful bidder shall be responsible for reconstruction of new, modern bus stop shelters in accordance with designs approved by the Cantonment Executive Officer. This procurement falls under the Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T) model in Punjab.
Eligibility requirements specify that participants must deposit Earnest Money of Rs. 01 million in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan or foreign bank with counter-guarantee by a Pakistani schedule bank in favour of the Cantt Executive Officer. Defaulters of any Government Organization, particularly Lahore Cantonment Board, are ineligible to participate. The advertiser shall observe all decisions made by the Board or Chief Executive Officer and must comply with standards for maintenance and cleanliness of bus stop shelters.
Advertisement rights shall be granted for an initial period of one year on B.O.T basis during which no advertisement charges will be levied; thereafter, the allotment continues for an additional two years subject to payment of advertisement charges. The bidder offering the highest advertisement charges for this period shall be declared successful.
