Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Health Services in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for the comprehensive repair and maintenance of its vehicles, office building, and various electrical/IT equipment for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work is divided into specific categories including mechanical repairs for the department's fleet, structural and civil maintenance for the headquarters building, and technical support for electrical systems and IT hardware. This procurement is conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 via the EPADS system. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant taxation authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and must provide fixed bid securities of Rs. 100,000 for vehicle and electrical repairs and Rs. 50,000 for building repairs. All items and sites are available for inspection on an 'as-is, where-is' basis. Interested firms must submit their most competitive bids through the EPADS portal by 10:00 AM on 12 May 2026."
