Description / Scope of Work
DHA Lahore, through its Engineering Directorate, invites sealed bids for the Construction of Underground External Electrification Works (MV/LV) alongwith Street Light System for the newly created / re-planned area in Sector-Y (Karbath) of Phase-VII DHA Lahore. The estimated project cost is Rs 590 million with a completion period of 8 months, and the scope includes HT & LT material and allied works along with associated civil works. The project is located within DHA Lahore Cantt.
Only DHA Lahore registered firms in the electrical category are eligible to bid; in case of a joint venture, both partner firms must independently hold DHA Lahore registration. Bidders must possess a valid PEC license for 2025/2026 in category C2 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05, and must have relevant experience of executing similar works. A bid security of 2% of the quoted amount is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, drawn in favour of Defence Housing Authority, Lahore. Additional performance security may be demanded for abnormally low rates.
Bidding documents can be obtained from 13 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 against payment of Rs 10,000/- per set (non-refundable), along with a written purchase request, authority letter, valid PEC and DHA registration certificates, proof of similar work experience, and NTN, tax, litigation and bank certificates. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI, DHA Lahore, as per the date stated in the tender documents. Sealed bids must be submitted at the same venue by 1100 hours on 27 July 2026, with opening at 1130 hours the same day.
