Islamabad Model College for Boys, G-10/4, Islamabad invites tender applications for the supply of Other Store items during the financial year 2026–2027. This procurement is open to reputed and registered firms possessing current income tax registration, GST registration, monthly tax returns, and an active vendor number. The tender is issued in Islamabad, Federal territory, and is governed by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Interested suppliers must submit their bids containing a complete firm profile including shop address, telephone contact, number of technical personnel, and relevant experience details.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Sales Tax, hold a National Tax Number (NTN), possess a valid Vendor Number, and provide their International Bank Account Number (IBAN) with the application. A refundable earnest money deposit of Rs. 40,000 in the form of a pay order payable to Islamabad Model College for Boys must accompany each tender application. Each firm is permitted to submit only one bid; submission of double bids or revised rates after the initial submission will render the application ineligible for consideration.
Tender applications must be received by the college by 10:30 AM on 16 September 2026. The purchase committee retains absolute discretion to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA regulations, and its decision shall be final and binding.
