Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for specialized consultancy and engineering works at the NLC Logistic Park, Nathe Khalsa. The project is divided into two main components: consultancy services for a comprehensive Fire Detection, Alarm & Suppression System, and the establishment of an internal 11 KV Electricity Distribution Network. The electrical scope includes the supply, fixing, and commissioning of transformers, HT/LT cable laying (both overhead and underground), and related civil works. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license, be active tax filers, and be registered for NTN/GST. A bid security of PKR 50,000 is required for the consultancy project and PKR 1,000,000 for the electrical network. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to HQ Project Directorate Centre, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore by 11:30 AM on 06 May 2026."
