For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
TEVTA is procuring a complete solar system installation (supply, delivery, setup) for a government college in Kamalia—a medium-scale infrastructure project worth PKR 5.8M.
This is a one-off capital installation, not recurring maintenance. The tight deadline (Sept 2026) and requirement for lump-sum bidding (no item-wise rates) demand careful pre-tender site assessment and supplier coordination. Physical bid security submission before closing is a procedural constraint worth noting; digital-only bidders risk disqualification.
Who can bid: Active tax filers (Income Tax and Sales Tax registered) with PPIB C3 certification in the relevant solar/renewable commodity code are eligible. SECP registration not explicitly stated but typically required for limited companies. Government entities and individuals may face restrictions; verify with TEVTA directly. Bidder must be registered with all three authorities.
