Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd invites sealed bids under single stage single envelope bidding procedure for maintenance works on walk ways in Central Park, Model Town, Lahore, Punjab. The procurement is open to contracting firms having valid enlistment with Model Town Society. Detailed tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer, Model Town Society, during working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. Clarifications regarding the tender scope and requirements may be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours.
Bidders must possess valid enlistment with Model Town Society to be eligible for participation. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will be rejected and not entertained. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of any bid.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 1:00 P.M on 16-09-2026. Submitted bids will be opened one hour after the closing deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend. Interested bidders should contact the office of Civil Engineer for tender documents and any further information required for bid submission.
