Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Islamabad, under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications from interested individuals to participate in an open auction for leasing of one commercial shop in Islamabad under the Shop Rental Auction Policy 2017 (amended 2023). The shop measures 10.2 feet by 15.6 feet with a front width of 4 feet and will be leased initially for a period of three years on a monthly rental basis. The open auction will be conducted at the Office of the Assistant Comptroller, Estate Office, 9th Floor Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat in Islamabad on 31st August 2026 at 11:00 AM under the supervision of the Auction Committee. All participants must deposit Rs.78,000 as Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Islamabad. The earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders or adjusted against the successful bidder's dues.
Participants must be individuals and are required to submit a copy of their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) along with sealed bidding documents. Employees of Estate Office Islamabad and Government contractors are not eligible to participate. The successful bidder shall deposit one year's advance rent within ten days from the date of auction approval and shall execute the Lease Agreement in accordance with the approved Terms of Reference.
Detailed bidding documents, eligibility criteria, lease conditions and other relevant information may be obtained from the Office of the Deputy Director, Estate Office Islamabad during office hours (08:30 AM to 04:30 PM) upon payment of Rs.1,000 (non-refundable). Sealed bidding documents must be submitted at the Office of the Assistant Comptroller on or before 11:00 AM on 31st August 2026; late submissions will not be entertained.
