Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids for the renovation of a parking shed at the Special Purpose Kumrat Development Authority (SPKDA) office located in Sheringal, District Dir Upper, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The work is being procured through the E-PADS system under single-stage single-envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bid solicitation documents are available from the C&W Division office on any working day or can be downloaded from the E-PADS system before 24 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. The tender fee is Rs.590/-. Technical proposals in the prescribed format must be uploaded as part of the e-bid submission. Original copies of the call deposit, bid security certificate, and tender fee receipt should be enclosed in the technical proposal and reach the office before the closing deadline. Technical bid opening will occur at 12:30 PM on the same date at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division DIR Upper.
