SIUT, a 300-bedded tertiary care hospital in Karachi providing comprehensive care to patients with renal and related diseases, invites sealed tenders for the supply of AC spare parts and carpentry items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is open to well-established and reputed suppliers, distributors and sole agents who are registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax and are active taxpayers for 2026-27. The procurement covers a range of air conditioning components and carpentry materials required for the hospital's maintenance and operational needs throughout the year. Detailed information regarding specifications, quantities and terms and conditions is available from the CRS Department, Ground Floor, Gate No. 3, Transplant Tower, SIUT, Karachi during working hours between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. from 03-09-2026 to 18-09-2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 in the form of a Pay Order in the name of SIUT-BIUT.
Eligible bidders must be Sales Tax and Income Tax registered, active taxpayers for the year 2026-27, and suppliers or distributors with established market presence. Bidders must submit their tenders in sealed envelopes along with all required documentation as per the tender terms and conditions. The tender fee of Rs. 3000 is payable only once and is non-refundable, serving as a mandatory compliance requirement for participation.
