Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF) invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for various civil works projects. The scope of work includes new construction, additions, and alterations to existing university infrastructure, strictly adhering to Punjab Buildings Department specifications. This procurement is conducted in compliance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules, transitioning to a fully digitized procurement process as of July 2024. Eligible contractors must be licensed by the Provincial Government, particularly for specialized tasks such as electrical installations which require a certificate of competency. Bidders are required to manage all logistics, including labor, machinery, and materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Interested firms must be registered on the Punjab EPADS portal to participate in the competitive bidding process for these institutional development projects."
