The last date for bid submission is Thursday, 17 September 2026 at 1830 hours, with opening to follow at 1000 hours on the same day in the Conference Room at NUMS (ATR), Adyala Road, opposite AFS Hamayun Road, Rawalpindi. Late, incomplete, or email-submitted bids will not be entertained. The bidding process is conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and registration on the portal is mandatory for participation. NUMS reserves the right to modify scope, accept or reject any bids, or cancel the tendering process in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
