The Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI) in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed electronic bids through the EPADS system for the annual procurement of various hospital support items. The scope of the tender includes four distinct lots: stationery items, printing services for the hospital, medical and non-medical consumables, and bedding/clothing supplies. Bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered with the EPADS portal for electronic submission. Bid security ranges from PKR 100,000 to PKR 300,000 depending on the specific lot. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, with original bid security documents delivered to the Manager Material Management office at the OPD Building in Peshawar."
