nents (torches, tungsten rods, ceramic cups in moderate volumes). Estimated combined value likely exceeds Rs. 1 million. Bids are due 17 September 2026 with same-day opening; this is a tight timeline. All three tenders require 2% bid security and GST must be explicitly declared. Payment only after on-site inspection adds cost of capital considerations. These appear to be operational/maintenance supplies rather than one-off capital purchases.
Who can bid: Not explicitly stated in notices. Typically, bidders must be registered with SECP (for companies) or hold NTN, maintain PEC registration if undertaking construction-related services, and provide audited accounts if turnover exceeds threshold. Suppliers of electrical and mechanical equipment typically require vendor registration with federal or provincial purchasing authorities.
