Description / Scope of Work
The University of Turbat, located in Balochistan, has reserved funds for the procurement of stationery and janitorial items planned for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement under reference P102067, intended to supply essential consumables and cleaning supplies required for the university's operational needs. The procurement will be executed through a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority.
All bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. Eligible bidders are required to submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the specified format.
