Description / Scope of Work
The Attaché Defence Procurement office of the High Commission for Pakistan invites sealed tenders for the supply of sailing equipment and safety gear required for naval training and recreational purposes. Eligible bidders must be authorized distributors or OEM representatives capable of providing valid OEM Conformity Certificates and Test Certificates at the time of shipment. Bidders are required to demonstrate that offered items meet or exceed the specified NSN and part numbers, or provide documentary evidence if items have been superseded. Export licences and end-user certificates, where required by UK regulations for export to Pakistan, remain the seller's responsibility. No price variation clauses will be accepted; quotations must show firm unit prices and total costs including all packing, delivery, and freight forwarder charges.
Offers must be submitted to tenderadp@phclondon.org or hand-delivered to the office as soon as possible and not later than the tender opening date. Quotations must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date. Delivery is required on FCA UK or FOB UK terms, as early as possible or by a specified contractual date to be confirmed at signing. All supplied items will be covered by a firm 12-month warranty for serviceability and optimum performance. Payment will be arranged by the ADP London office through DACMA after shipment, on a 90-10 basis: 90 percent on shipment and 10 percent on receipt in Pakistan.
