Social Security Hospital, Model Town, Gujranwala invites e-bids from reputable bidders for a framework contract to supply laboratory kits and chemicals during the financial year 2026-27. As per PPRA Rules 36-A, each person or entity may submit only one bid; multiple bids from one person will result in rejection of all bids. Bidders must possess valid NTN and sales tax registration numbers and provide proof of three years of business operations with PESSI.
Complete bids comprising separate financial and technical proposals must be submitted online at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM in the First Floor Conference Room of the Administration Block. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 September 2026. The contract period runs until 30 June 2027, with completion required within three months of order placement.
