The NED University of Engineering & Technology in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids for the procurement of specialized laboratory equipment for the Department of Chemistry. This tender is conducted on a C&F basis using a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible manufacturers, authorized importers, distributors, and suppliers must demonstrate at least three years of experience in the relevant field and provide evidence of an average annual turnover of at least 50 million PKR over the last three years, as per FBR online annual returns. Bidders are required to be active taxpayers registered for GST and must provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in any litigation. Detailed bidding documents can be issued starting from 29 April 2026, with a final submission deadline of 10:00 AM on 19 May 2026."
