For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Six separate single-stage procurement tenders each valued at Rs. 2,000 tender fee, covering specialty items in the pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment sectors. Bidders must be manufacturers or established stockists registered with FBR, ruling out traders and agents. The tight deadline (tendering closes 18 August 2026) and requirement for two percent earnest money indicate serious procurement intent. Notably, historical non-performance is grounds for document denial, suggesting the buyer has experienced supply failures previously.
Who can bid: Bidders must be manufacturers or stockists registered with Pakistan's Sales Tax Department, with permanent offices equipped with telephone and fax in Islamabad. Previous poor performance or failure to supply against orders disqualifies applicants. Typically, GST registration and valid business registration are also required.
