The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (SMBB) Institute of Trauma in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed tenders for the operation, running, repair, and maintenance of electrical works, power generation, HVAC systems, and building management services for the financial years 2025-28. The scope includes civil maintenance, plumbing, RO plant operations, and gas boiler maintenance. Additionally, the institute is seeking bids for the local purchase of emergency drugs, medicines, and disposable items on a 24/7 basis for trauma centers in Karachi, Larkana, and Sukkur, alongside the supply of medical gases. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 14 May 2026, and original bid security must be provided in hard copy to the Planning and Procurement Department."
