Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) in Karachi, Sindh invites bids for the supply of drugs, medicine, surgical disposables and medical devices on a day-to-day emergency basis 24/7 during the financial year 2026-27. The tender reference is Tender No.1-1/2026-27/ADM/JPMC and the estimated tender value is Rs. 200 million. This is a local purchase procurement under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule No.46(2) SPPRA-2010 (Amended up-to date) through the EPAD system. The supply shall be delivered to the Central Pharmacy (LP Section) at JPMC, Karachi and must maintain uninterrupted availability to support the hospital's emergency and urgent requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax authority (GST) as active tax payers and hold valid Income Tax NTN registration. A valid Drug Sale License (form-6) and narcotics license (form-9) where applicable are mandatory. Bidders must possess minimum five years of relevant experience in supplying drugs, medicines and pharmaceutical products to tertiary care hospitals, with successfully executed contracts at three public or private tertiary hospitals having at least 1000 beds each. The average annual turnover for the last three financial years shall not be less than Rs. 200 million. Bidders must maintain adequate inventory, storage and distribution arrangements and possess computerized Point of Sale (POS) integrated with FBR. The bid security is required at 5% of the estimated tender value in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft or CDR only.

The tender submission deadline is 12.08.2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 12.08.2026 at 11:00 AM at the Committee Room, Administration Block, JPMC, Karachi.
