The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (SMBB) Institute of Trauma in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the provision of comprehensive janitorial, gardening, and general services. The project involves maintaining the hygiene and landscaping of the medical facility, including the deployment of skilled manpower, supply of cleaning chemicals, and maintenance of green areas to ensure a sterile environment for patients. Service providers must manage waste disposal protocols and daily upkeep of all indoor and outdoor hospital zones as per international health standards. Eligible firms with a valid NTN, SRB registration, and at least five years of experience in providing facility management services to large-scale healthcare institutions are encouraged to apply. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the procurement department by 18 May 2026."
