Description / Scope of Work
The Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites sealed technical and financial bids for various civil works at the 36.6 MW Daral Khwar Hydropower Complex in Bahrain, District Swat. This project, funded by the Provincial Government, follows a Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C3 or above and be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and KPRA. The scope of work includes infrastructure maintenance and development defined within the bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted through the EPADS portal using the 'Above/Below/at Par' system based on the MRS 2025 (1st Bi-Annual) rates. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and a 2% bid security are required for participation. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system, with additional security required for abnormally low bids as per KPPRA regulations."
