Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites sealed bids for rental of office space in its newly established Head Office located at Plot 23, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The office space comprises 9,678 square feet per floor with two floors (4th and 5th) available for rent on individual basis. Reserved monthly rent is PKR 500,000 per floor, exclusive of all applicable taxes and government levies. Interested parties must register with the Federal Board of Revenue and may apply for one or both floors with priority given to bidders applying for both. The successful bidder is required to pay a security deposit equivalent to three months rent at the time of contract signing, with refund upon contract completion or termination. Rent must be paid in advance on a three-month basis, and quoted prices must include all applicable taxes per government regulations. The highest qualified bidder will be awarded the rental agreement provided they meet all eligibility requirements and submit valid bid security. Bidders quoting below the base price inclusive of taxes will not be considered. The bid submission deadline is August 13, 2026 at 02:30 PM, with bid opening on the same day at 03:00 PM.
