For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a multi-lot procurement spanning staff outsourcing, printing, events, learning materials supply, media campaigns and vehicle services for a district-level education programme in KP.
Scale appears medium, spanning three districts over one fiscal year with framework components suggesting recurring monthly commitments. The six separate lots allow different contractor specialisations to participate. Notably, Lot 4 (learning aids and science kits) uses framework contracting, implying volume purchases throughout FY 2026-27 rather than a one-off order.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify PEC category, SECP registration, NTN or other formal eligibility restrictions. Typically, goods suppliers require SECP registration or sole proprietor documentation, valid NTN and tax compliance. Service providers (Lots 1, 3, 5, 6) typically require business registration and relevant operational licences. All bidders should verify specific requirements in individual lot specifications within the full bidding document.
