Description / Scope of Work
GIZ Islamabad invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the renovation and upgrading of three Centres of Excellence (CoE) under the Pakistan TVET Sector Support Programme. The project locations include technical training institutes in Gilgit, Skardu, and Quetta. The scope encompasses civil renovations and sector-specific infrastructure improvements, with an expected construction timeline of 12 months. Eligible firms must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration of C4 or above with specialized codes including BC01, CE01, CE09, and ME02. Applicants must provide company profiles, active tax registration (NTN/GST), and evidence of successfully completing at least three similar projects exceeding 50 million PKR each in the last five years. Submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the GIZ Country Office in Islamabad by midnight on 06 May 2026. Only a maximum of six firms will be shortlisted per lot for the subsequent RFP process."
