This is a single-stage irrigation infrastructure tender for canal concrete lining spanning 7.6 kilometres in Vehari District, valued at Rs.
31.112 million. The work operates under bi-annual market rates (Jan–Jun 2026), implying rates are non-negotiable and fixed by government. Bidders must quote on a detailed DNIT/BOQ rate-per-item basis with complete rate analysis pages; any blank entries render the bid non-responsive. The 90-day bid validity period and strict digital submission requirement indicate a formal, compliance-heavy procurement. This is a one-off contract rather than framework. PEC registration and revenue authority compliance are mandatory prerequisites.
Who can bid: Only PEC-registered contractors/firms with specialization codes and current PPRA registration are eligible. Bidders must provide valid PEC 2026-27 registration in the relevant category and discipline, government receipts for professional tax and CNIC, enlistment/renewal fees, and PRA registration. Typically, contractors undertaking irrigation works require Civil Engineering category PEC membership and a clean tax and regulatory compliance record.
