The Education Works Division Thatta, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of multiple damaged school buildings across various tehsils of District Thatta. The scope of work includes civil repairs, structural reinforcement, roofing, and provision of essential missing facilities to restore a safe learning environment for students. Contractors will be responsible for masonry, plumbing, and electrical works as per the technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and maintain active taxpayer status with both FBR and SRB. Interested bidders who meet the eligibility criteria regarding past experience in educational infrastructure projects may submit their technical and financial proposals by 20 May 2026."
